About the Client
A US-based company specializing in tools that help people search for jobs on the US market. Its job search engine serves over 200,000 daily users and has helped millions of people find employment over the years. The platform works with many high-profile employers, connecting them with potential candidates through precisely targeted ads in a dedicated ad portal.
The Challenge
The client came to us with a clear challenge: build a new web application based on their previous experiences. The application had to run on modern technologies and meet high quality requirements. The search engine needed to be fast, reliable, and easy to scale, while staying familiar and intuitive for existing users.
The Solution
We worked closely with the client to understand their needs, gather all the requirements, and design a new application from scratch. We recommended a modern technology stack: JavaScript (ReactJS, NodeJS), Ruby on Rails, and Python; Google Kubernetes Engine; Google Cloud Functions / Cloud Run; Google Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Datastore, and Google Cloud Storage; and Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
These technologies were key to fast development, high scalability, and lower infrastructure operating costs, thanks to cloud-based solutions.

Results
The new application was prepared for launch after a series of A/B tests to ensure the best user experience and optimized ad revenue. It is expected to match and exceed the current user base, and many new features are already in development, ready to be added after launch.
