AI Content Policy
Last updated August 2026
What this policy covers
This policy explains how Startup House uses artificial intelligence when creating content published on startup-house.com, in line with the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act. It covers blog articles, glossary entries, images, and our on-site AI assistant.
How our content is made
Our editorial process has four steps: research by our team, an AI-assisted draft, human fact-checking and editing, and publication. Every published piece is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it goes live. AI is a drafting tool — the decisions about what we publish, and the responsibility for it, are always human.
How we label AI-assisted content
Articles and glossary entries created with AI assistance carry an "AI-assisted · Human-edited" badge by the byline and an editorial note at the end of the text. Content written entirely by humans carries no such note.
AI-generated images
Illustrations generated with AI are labeled "AI-generated image" directly on the image. We do not publish AI-generated depictions of real people or real events.
Our AI assistant
The chat assistant available on this site ("SH Assistant") is an AI system and is clearly labeled as such. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes — for binding information, please contact our team directly.
Editorial responsibility
Editorial responsibility for all content published on this site rests with Startup Development House sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 81, 02-001 Warsaw, Poland.
Contact and corrections
If you believe any content is inaccurate or incorrectly labeled, write to us at hello@startup-house.com. We review every report and correct errors promptly.
