Last updated 2026-08-07
This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When you use our website, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number and company name (when you fill out a form or contact us); your answers, score and result band when you complete the AI Readiness Assessment; the content of messages you send through our AI chat or live chat; and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information) collected via cookies and similar technologies, subject to your cookie consent.

How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

- To respond to your inquiries and follow up on them.
Third-party disclosure
We do not sell or trade your Personally Identifiable Information. We do, however, share it with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions (data processors) — for example our hosting, email delivery, newsletter, analytics and anti-bot providers listed below. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Third-party services
Our website embeds selected third-party services: hCaptcha (bot protection on forms), Calendly (call scheduling), CookieYes (cookie consent management), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Hotjar (analytics and marketing measurement, active only with your cookie consent), and an AI chat assistant. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address. Details are listed in the section "Service providers we use".
Service providers we use
We use the following categories of service providers, who may process your personal data on our behalf:
- Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) — newsletter management. Your email address is added to our audience with a "pending" status and you receive marketing communication only after you confirm your subscription.
- SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA) — transactional email delivery (e.g. the AI readiness report you request).
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines Inc., USA) — protection of our forms against bots; processes technical data such as IP address and browser signals.
- Google Cloud / Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA) — hosting of media assets and tag management.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd., Malta) — analytics and advertising measurement, loaded only with your cookie consent managed via CookieYes.
- Google Cloud Platform — application and database hosting. The production site is additionally served through Cloudflare (CDN/proxy).
Where these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the USA), we rely on appropriate safeguards: the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
AI Readiness Assessment (quiz)
When you complete the AI Readiness Assessment, we ask for your company name and your answers to the assessment questions, and — if you choose to receive your full result — your email address together with your consent to marketing communication. We use this data to: (1) generate and send you the extended report you requested, (2) add you to our newsletter subject to double opt-in confirmation, and (3) contact you about our services. Your submission (email, company name, answers, score and result band) is stored in our content management system for 3 years. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the full result. The scoring is a simple sum of your answers used to prepare your report; it does not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
