Our collaboration with Rainbow, one of Poland's leading tour operators, focused on supporting the Rainbow e-commerce team with bringing to life their new loyalty program, Bumerang. Built on the principle that "good deeds come back like a boomerang," the program rewards loyal customers with exclusive benefits. The main challenge was to deliver a sleek, user-friendly design that aligned with Rainbow's business goals and user’s needs and habits.
Challenge
Rainbow needed a loyalty program that would engage users, reflect the spirit of their brand, and be intuitive enough to encourage long-term customer participation. They wanted a solution that was visually appealing yet functional, allowing customers to quickly understand how to join and take advantage of the benefits.
Solution
Our team focused on crafting a design that prioritized both aesthetic appeal and usability. We designed an interface that allowed users to easily navigate through the Bumerang program. The sign-up process was streamlined, and the user interface (UI) was shaped to guide users through each step clearly, reducing friction and confusion.

Journey/Approach
To ensure that the design truly reflected Rainbow's business objectives, we held several workshops with their team. This collaborative approach helped us align the program’s design with their goals and allowed for continuous feedback throughout the project.
We embraced a dynamic brainstorming process that fueled creativity and innovation. To truly perfect the design, we conducted two rounds of extensive testing with real users from all walks of life. This approach allowed us to tap into a wide range of perspectives, ensuring our interface wasn't just visually striking but also intuitive and user-friendly for everyone. These diverse user tests were essential in fine-tuning the balance between aesthetics and functionality, helping us craft an experience that resonates across different backgrounds and needs.
We also included a UX writer in our project team to ensure the message hits to the point. The result was a program that was not only visually engaging but also communicated utterly clearly with users.
