In most cases, we present shortlisted profiles within one week and complete onboarding within 2 to 4 weeks of your selection. Timelines depend on seniority level and technical specialization required.

Do augmented engineers work in our tools and processes?

Yes. They join your sprint ceremonies, use your project management tools, and communicate through your preferred channels. There is no separate workflow or reporting layer.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

We work with engagements starting from one month. Most clients run augmentation for 3 to 12 months, scaling the team up or down as their project evolves. There is no requirement for a long-term contract.

What happens if an engineer is not the right fit?

We address it immediately. If performance or fit does not meet expectations, we start a replacement process without delay. Your project timeline stays protected.

What seniority levels do you offer?

We cover mid-level and senior engineers across front-end, back-end, full-stack, mobile, DevOps, and QA. We do not place junior talent in augmentation roles — your team needs people who contribute from day one.

How do you vet engineers before presenting them?

Every engineer goes through technical assessment, code review, and a structured interview before they reach your shortlist. We also verify references and past project experience relevant to your stack.

Can we transition augmented engineers to permanent roles?
