Integration with your systems through a controlled layer (MCP where possible), thresholds and escalation paths wired to your roles, audit trail switched on, security review passed.

Evaluation suites run on every change. We monitor accuracy, latency and cost per task, and re-evaluate the whole system when a model version changes, because a silent model update should never silently change your routes.

Per-site adapters behind one orchestration layer: each site's data is normalised, scored for quality, and the agents' confidence thresholds adjust accordingly. A site with poor data gets more conservative behaviour automatically, never silent wrong answers.

No. Never, under any configuration. Agents read process data and act in business systems: WMS, TMS, EAM. Safety-instrumented systems are outside the architecture by design, and the architecture document says so explicitly.

Local queuing and graceful degradation: actions queue when connectivity drops, thresholds tighten, and nothing executes on stale data past a defined age. The behaviour per connectivity state is specified in discovery, never discovered in production.

Your optimiser solves one problem inside one system on a schedule. Agents work across systems, continuously, and act on the result: a reallocation proposed to a dispatcher, a work order matched to a technician, an alert with a recommended response. The optimiser can stay; it becomes one tool the agents use.

Shadow mode is the proof: for six to eight weeks the agents' decisions are recorded alongside your operators' actual ones, and the delta (kilometres, kilowatt-hours, SLA hits) is measured on your data, not our slides.

One site, one lane, or one asset class: enough traffic to measure, small enough to supervise. Two weeks of discovery tells you which slice has the fastest payback, and that's the one we pilot.
